Solar Activity and GPS

Interesting -- there's a lot of solar activity at the moment, and we had a big auroral display last night...
Today -- can't get more than a 3 - 4 sats lock with the PV, or other GPS devices!

just checked on front deck .... My gps tester said 23 in view .... using 18 ??

Ill test P2V in mornin to compare ... is late and raining, & just finished shift at 23:00 ... so its blanc and chilltime at the end of Friday Night !!

What are you flying in your picture?
I used to fly a lot around Aberdeen.
Long time member of the Aberdeen hanggliding club. I think that I was also one of the 1st doing paragliding over there.
Did lots of flights from Durris, Glenshee, tap o noth and lots of other places.

Great flights.. That was when the weather was okay....
