Software problem

Try to connect to software but keeps saying the remote control isn't connected to the assistant. I have red and yellow flashing lights which apparently means control sticks needs calibrating but won't connect to assistant .

Are you in a Mac or Windows environment? If in windows, you may need to install/reinstall the windows drivers that help recognize when you have plugged the quad or remote control into the computer.

Also if you are on a PC and using windows 10 OS is more then like the problem.
