Sofc needed for commerical use of Phantom 3?

Sofc certificate required to fly (Phantom 3 Pro) drone for commercial use?

I am looking to survey some land 160 acres and was wondering do i need a sofc to do so?

You need a pilot certificate and a FAA 333 exemption. Current FAA 333 recognizes all manufactured Drones sold in the US, your Phantom 3 also needs to be registered. If your getting paid for flying and you get caught, fines are severe , up to $250,000 and 3 years in jail.
