Small Crack On Frame

On the screw that is furthest to the right there is a small crack starting to form from inside the screw hole toward the motor mount screws. Is this a big problem? Could I put some hot glue in the crack to help prevent it spreading further? It may be hard to see in the photo but I attached a picture anyways.
