Depends. I have a PPL and glider licence, so know a little. 6 mies is a long way away, and as long as you are flying below the 400ft limit you should be well clear of any aircraft. Careful though if the airfield trains helicopter pilots, some of them may be dropping into 'confined spaces' as training which could be closer to you. The limit to line of sight flying (1 mile and the Phantom will be invisible) should keep you well away from aircraft, and if you look at the Do Not Fly zones in the UK they are all around significant airports.
