Slowing down up and down movements on camera

Can someone please tell me how to change the settings so I can slow down the camera movements(up and down) on my Phantom3 Pro?

Decrease the following value in the "Gimbal Settings" --> "Advanced Settings" section of DJI GO:

It's really a matter of personal preference. Change it a bit and then try tilting your camera. If it's too fast/slow, then adjust it some more and try it again. You'll eventually get to a setting that works for you.
