Yes, it’s a real movie advocating arms-control via a dystopian future scenario.

Kinda figured it wasn’t real yet but if we can imagine it we can make it a really they say science fiction always comes true! In one shape or another, that’s what’s disturbing about it, our military has to be developing something like this!
