Skyzone SJ-V01 vs Headplay

Hi, I cannot understand if those two are the same or different units. Their pictures look very similar, same tech specs with only minor description differences.
Anyone knows more? I am not really interested in radio receivers, I plan to connect via HDMI and functionalities / video quality.

They are bascially the same ...the only difference is that the Skyzone's have diversity on the 5.8 band and the Headplays don't
