Skypixel video uploads fail

I am using Davinci Resolve and export videos with the built-in Youtube 1080p preset, everything at default (produces a .mov file). It works perfectly for youtube, and skypixel lets me upload them without complaining.
However, after upload it will show "video is compressing..." for a very long (maybe an hour) and eventually result in an error that the video upload failed.

I looked everywhere on the website but I cannot find the recommended settings for video uploads. It seems skypixel cannot compress my files..

I gave up and linking everything from youtube.
I guess skypixel videos have to be uploaded fromt he crappy app, then they work, otherwise not.
