Not sure if anyone has seen these, but I just began working on an SK450. I plan to use phantom 2 parts and some other upgrades. Honestly, I'm most excited about having an open platform to fit all the odds and ends I couldn't before. Last night I sat down and did some math to figure out estimated thrust with the added weight of a dual battery set up. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it?

I was planning on it.what do you think?

I have never seen anyone using 2 S batteries on a 450. I didn't think that the motors would work on a 2S battery. I am pretty sure that the esc's need 3S minimum.

I have to say that Im not impressed with the 450 frame. Once I started adding the electronic components I realized how heavy it would be, not to mention how impractical the actual layout of the trays are. Im debating to just order some raw carbon fiber and build my own frame.
