Should I upgrade to DJI GO 4 on my Phantom 4

I have a Phantom 4 (not a Pro) and I upgraded the RC firmware to 1.8.0. Am I supposed to upgrade for GO 3 to GO 4? I am on iOS 10.2

I did and very happy with it. Only had my ph4 for a few months & haven't had to upgrade yet but DJI go 4 is fine. Not much different . IMO

I did the upgrade and have not observed any issues so far
