Should I be using a converter or adapter to charge my battery and transmitter?

So I am traveling to Poland in about 2 weeks just wondering if I am going to have to use a just a adapter or will I need a converter to charge my battery and transmitter there? Also what's the real answer to this cause I see theirs so many mixed answered..... Will I need to have the batteries and transmitter at 0% when flying?

I'm pretty sure you want your batteries at or near 50% for flying, not zero. Zero is bad.
Not sure about using a converter or not

Adapter only. Poland is 220-240v AC. Within spec of the DJI charger.
