Sure can, just package properly for rough handling. Best is to double box. Battery in a box then that box in another with more packing. You'll be good to go.
You didn't specify, so my answer assumes you are in the US and moving the battery within the CONTINENTAL US. If it's different, you should have said so.
Mine usually arrive UPS or FedEx. I live near a small town and can carry it in and ask "Hey Mark, how do I mail this?" I'll bet a UPS or FedEx driver could be just as helpful too.
But like RoyVa said, pack it well, plastic, box, box. You should be good. It's best if it's at around 50% power, like around 11.9 volts. Ya never know when the mail will be delayed, and that's a good voltage to store our LiPos.
