I had a couple of small cracks in my shell and a torn rubber damper so I replaced both the shell and the damper. Today I did a test flight. I just took off and kept the drone within 15 feet of me and no higher than 10 feet. It was calm with really no wind to speak of.

The drone seemed to have a hard time staying in place. I'm not talking about flying away, but it would make 3 foot adjustments and even go up and down. Actually, I recall mostly down.

Any ideas?

No doubt the IMU is resting in a new position inside the new shell. Doesn't take much as it is super-sensitive to any tilt. Time to do a full cal and see how that goes.

My gess is the GPS lock. If I were you I would contact DJI support. I wouldn't recommend sending an email because you will be waiting a week or two for a response. That has been my experience.

Sent from my SM-T350 using PhantomPilots mobile app

I should add that I get no errors and it I think I had 12 satellites during my last test flight. I'll try the IMU calibration and see how that goes.
