Which one did you go for btw, and is the quality any good?

I went with the DaVinci 1.0. Shipped overnight from Amazon US (PRIME got me 2nd day free, but I'm about 15 miles from a big distribution center, so it came next day.)

Quality is very good, and I'm still learning. I've found that to get the really smooth finish requires an acetone treatment, which is not really needed for apart like this. To the poster who mentioned the SoliDoodle sale, the SD units look almost exactly like mine without the pretty wrapper...

And yes, if you add postage, I would be pleased to ship to you. Should certainly go for no more than a 2 ounce mailer. Thanks for asking...

Decided to get myself a DaVinci 1.0, seems to have received some good reviews,
and my first step into 3D printing.

Many thanks for the files posted, I am a long way off designing my own parts
as yet

Hoping to get it next week sometime, so it should be a fun learning curve
