shaky video 720p 24fps

I'm getting shaky video with camera set on 720p 24fps. I'm watching this on a computer with 3 gigs ram. could that be part of the problem?

is video more stable on fpv mode or follow?

Most people are using follow mode. FPV mode is most useful when flying with FPV glasses.
