Not sure why. No crashes. Gimbal shakes for a second or two when touched. Does this whil flying and also when props not operating. Video shows blurry when shakes. DJI help advises no issues with firmware downloads. Tried a few checks and problem stil persists. Gimbal Shaft set screw is tight where others found this to be the issue. Please help

Have a look at the 4 white rubber shock absorbers on the camera support. They tend to tear and the tear is not visible until you carefully stretch them and have a close look. If you find one or two are torn, you will find replacements in the spare parts package that came with the drone. Hope this helps. Regards.
