Shady Real Estate Photography in Toronto

Hey All,

For those of you in the YYZ (Toronto) you may get requests from various "real estate photography" companies. Some of these guys r shady and wont pay you in the end. Take precautions.. be careful who you deal with.

Not sure what the laws are up there. But it would be wise to have any agreements in writing, and take deposits.

In Toronto, seems like every agent I;ve met in the last while is a pilot, let me rephrase that, Owns a Phantom.
For example- The "pilot agent" flying a P3A listing the house on my street asked me- How do I turn the compass on, Says on screen "compass error" & I can't find the compass on button.
I asked if when he calibrated last, was he in this general area. His answer- They did all that techy stuff at the store when I bought this one, first one I bought was messed up & just took off on me.
