Selling P3A- Do I need to transfer with DJI?

I'm going to be listing soon on my local Craigslist. I got my answer regarding the FAA registration. (Just take off the sticker and put one on my new Mavic.) But, what about DJI, do I need to transfer ownership of the drone?

I bought it from Amazon on July 17, so it I'm guessing there is some degree of warranty coverage still on it, but I don't recall "registering" the sn with dji.

No.

Your warranty period started when you activated your Phantom in DJI GO. Your Phantom will continue to be covered under the original warranty period when you sell it.
