Selling drone, have questions...

I am going to be selling my p3s in a few weeks so I can upgrade to the psa, and had a question that came up in another thread, and I didn't want to clog that thread. The thread mentioned registration and warranty. How exactly would that affect selling of the drone? I have the drone registered as far as I have done the FAA registration and put my number on it, but past that, is there something else that would affect the sale of the drone?

Your drone isn't registered - you are.
The FAA has no details for your Phantom - just remove your number.
