Unfortunately one of my fpvlr antennas fell off the bird last night, right into a lake. Must have vibrated loose or something. Anyone use loctite or something similar on the threads to prevent it from backing off?

Not good to run radio without antenna. I hope it didn't toast!

I would use some electrical tape or heat-shrink over the connection.

Was only sans antenna for about thirty seconds, was just bringing it in for a landing. Threw one of my cheapy backups on, and everything seemed to work fine. Still had the 90* adapter on, so a smidge of an antenna!

use some PTFE tape for plumbing it will give better grip and you can still take it off,
