Screen lag!

I have a galaxy tab 4, I went through steps to remove the lag but no dice. Just upgrade the tablet?

If you killed all background apps and turned off Bluetooth and anything running in the back ground and it still lags. See what the processor is and how much memory. Might just need a little more ump. The last thing is to start with the lowest preview quality and try that then move up to next, try that ans so on. Only 4 to test to see if lag improves. After that... Tablet

Maybe just a new tablet.. I can not see the screen anyways
