Hi guys, I'm flying in a week time from stagnated airport to Oporto , I'm taking my dji phantom 3 advanced and 2 batteries with me in my hand luggage. Do you know if I am able to take it without any problem or if they have any restrictions especially because of the lippo batteries? Thank you guys

Probably no problem at all.
But go to the airline's website and search for their rules on batteries.
You will have to carry the batteries in your carry-on.
Do not check-in Lipo batteries.

You should also cover the battery connectors with something (e.g. tape).
