RTH Stops

I've had several flights now where the ac in RTH has stopped return on its own. One at a considerable distance, the other around 800 ft out. Im flying on older firmware versions with a dbs mod. Once I've noticed the ac is not returning, rth again as been successfully initiated.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Heres the link. Interesting that the homepoint appears to be at a point well into the flight around 2/3rds of total time. 800 ft out from where the craft started. Wonder if there was gps issues that day,or I didnt have home point set on take off.
