I read others say the unit plays a song over and over while being charged if no sim card is installed. Mine does not nor shows anything. I found an old micro-sim (unactivated) and inserted into the unit and plugged in the charger. Nothing. When I press the on button the yellow/blue leds flash a few times and a song plays once. Then.... nothing.
How can I tell when this unit is charging let alone know it is actually being charged?? Do i need an activated sim before it will actually charge? I realize that without the sim its not much use but surely it can be charged...
