replacement gimbal/camera for the P2V+

Just replaced the camera/gimbal on my V2+. Purchased a replacement from ExpressRC through on Ebay (fortunately before they put the price through the ceiling). After much nail biting over how I would bind the new camera to my extender, I was relieved to find ExpressRC included a QR code to allow binding..then dismayed when it would not bind.

Took me a couple of hours to realize I was barking (binding) up the wrong tree by trying to bind to a new code. The binding worked fine with my original QR code (on my old box).

Lesson: If you buy a replacement gimbal/camera for the P2V+, just plug it in and it should work, no binding required.

well a cheaper one is this 3 axis gimball
still you can use original vision plus camera
with 7th channel enabled

How much did you pay for the camera and gimbal?

They had it advertised for $599, for the first week. I guess they were selling too quickly at that price so they had to act...

$900 at the time of writing... getting pretty close to replacing the whole P2V+ at that price.
