Replaced gimbal now shows disconnected

I had to replace the gimbal camera assembly on my Phantom 3 Standard.
Camera moves when I first turn on drone and I can move the camera with the controller.
DJI Go App shows "disconnected" and there is no picture.
Overall Status says "Firmware upgrade required"
Gimbal Status says "Gimbal Disconnected"
It won't let me calibrate IMU or compass
It doesn't show any info for the drone itself. Only "N/A" for aircraft battery and temperature.

What do I need to do to fix this?
 
Try re-linking the drone/controller.
 
Also flashing firmware to update the camera to the drone is what the message sounds like.
 
 
Glad to hear you got it working . Was it flashing the firmware or relinking that got it working?
