Hi, All!

My repaired (replaced?) Phantom 4 Pro arrived in the post today and I was eager to get back in the air. Upon relinking it with DJI Go 4 app on my iPhone, I noted the alert that said that the aircraft needed a firmware update. That seemed to go well. Then, another alert for a firmware update to the remote controller, which....didn't. The update aborted about 10% of the way into the process and left me with a controller that seems to be "bricked" (see attached screenshot). Is there a way to recover without reaching out to DJI support?

Thanks!
Angie

Did you try and re-upload to the controller?
Because you can see the "about" screen and connect to the controller means, to me, that it is not bricked.
Give it another try or two and see if the upgrade process works.
