Pardon the need for some hand holding but I think after searching and watching youtube videos I've got some information overload going on. :( I am using sony vegas 13 to edit my P4Pro videos, which were captured in h264, 4k 30fps, .mov format. I can import the files directly into sony vegas without having to modify them in any way.

My question is, I can't figure out what kind of codec/file I should be rendering to in order to try and keep as much of the 4k quality as possible. It seems like there are too many differing opinions and I'm not sure if it's a "preference" or if there is a good standard to use. This will be for uploading to youtube and/or putting onto media to play on my 4k TVs.
