Remote control not syncing

Hi guys... I am still having an issue with my P3P. Every time I turn on the remote it needs to be calibrated, there after I turn on the drone, the drone takes of with the DJI app on my android device. When the drone is hovering, only the C2 button on the remote works. I land the drone with the app. Switch everything of and on again. Then only does the remote control the drone. This has happened a few times.
What can be wrong?
Is there a need for concern?
How can I sort it out?
P.s: I am using a Samsung note 4.
Phantom 3 pro drone with latest firmware 1.10.90
Remote has latest firmware 1.8.0

Try turning on the AC First then the RC and last open the App..
