Just wanted to remind everyone who's interested the Perseid Meteor Shower will be this Tuesday and Wednesday night:

I think I'll get my Nikon D7200 out and experiment with some time lapse. Hell, may as well dust off the Celestron NexStar Evolution 6 and make a night of it!

I missed out. Had meant to put my D800 with 80-400mm on the Alta Pro 263 AT, but unfortunately I got caught up in some other matters of the heart... ;-)

I am not complaining, but it would have been different fun....

That's funny you would mention me.
I get to spend some evenings sitting in the hot tub looking at the southerly sky. It's been a great show since Sunday. Can't imagine what it was like last night though, I was studying the inside of me eyelids.
