I'm pretty new to all of this.
I have a Phantom 1 that I bought from DSLRPros. It has the Anti Gravity Motor by T-motors and came with the 9443 CF props and the 8045 CF props. They are on back order at DSLRPros.
What are some of the more recommended props for the phantom 1, plastic or CF and where can I order them? I'm in Texas.
Thanks

With the availability of genuine DJI 9443 props (plastic), there's little reason for most people to go with anything else. I would just get a stash of them from shops like 1uas.com (good prices on props there), uavproducts.com or all-e-rc, and not bother with 3rd party props and balancing and carbon fiber dust unless you have a specific need/goal to meet. They're $15/pair so $30/set.

Don't get CF props. Listen to El Guano!

Nasty video but let's be honest about it. Why in the world would any fly their quad that close to themselves in the first place? Regardless of the props used. Even the instructions say don't fly it close to anyone even yourself.

Darwin theory comes to mind....

Lots of 'hand catching'/landers out there.
