Rebuild your own batteries

Probably only those who could locate the exact OEM cell pouches.... The BMS needs to be configured for the pack chemistry, you have to enter Design Capacity (mah), Design energy (mwh), charge terminal voltage and taper rate as a minimum for impedance track and fuel gauging to work correctly and for the derived Qmax value to be reported correctly. There is a developer kit for TI which you will need to edit the BMS parameters when cells are changed.

Remember to connect the BMF to the WTF via the dillywhopper!:)

You can change packs - but :

1. The packs used are not standard dimension to fit the case.

2. The Charge Control / Telemetry data board needs to be reset when a new pack is connected.

A couple of us have dismantled a number of P3 battery's. We found a way to reset the board .. but were unsuccessful in sourcing correct sized LiPo's to fit. Cost as well was prohibitive.

If DJI had decided on using standard sized cells and access - then cell replacement would be a viable and economic possibility - but they have not.

The best you can do is do a double battery modification - videos on Youtube ...
