For the inside shots - were using a different camera such as the osmo or were you walking with a phantom?

I use a Nikon d700 w 10-20 lens f interiors. Then create pans from the stills. You need wider interiors.
Cut your clips down in length a bit.
On the opening try flying up the driveway and over the house rather than backing away from the house.
