    I am new to these forums, at least when it comes to posting.

    I placed an order with RC711.com on March 28th. They told me they were restocking and it will take a week. It has now been nearly a month, they have $1500 of mine and they have stopped answering my emails. This is nothing short of robbery. I cant get a hold of them and they clearly aren't even attempting to ship me anything.

    Anyone here have a similar experience? Any advice? I need a Phantom 2 w/ H3-3d and FPV and I have so much money tied up in this other order I don't know what to do!

    Dont have any info on rc711, but if you do get your money back, i would highly recommend amazon for your next dji phantom purchase. I bought mine from them and had a fly away a week later. Thinking they would give me a discount on a new one i called them to figure something out, to my surprise, they replaced it for free!

    yepp, I have just the same experience.

    They stopped answer my emails to, When I bought my first Phantom from Rc711
    the service was suburb, but know its really crap.

    I don`t know why they take such a chance with poor
    customer service. Topics like theese can`t be any good.

    I`ll post an update when I get mine.
