Hi,
I have a big problem. I replaced my original Phantom 3 advanced RC due to the battery charging problem. My new controller cannot link to the drone.
When I plug it on (USB on rc, microusb on Android phone), the phone charges but DJI GO doesn't recognize the rc. When I hold the academy button (top right corner), it says NO equipment connected.
My old RC connects fine and is recognized by DJI GO but battery won't charge past 20%!
The new rc is GL300C.
I would like to know if there is a way to use the microusb port to connect the rc to the computer and upload the firmware. Since it's not recognized in DJI GO, I can't upload the firmware from there.
When I plug in the USB in the USB port in the back (with the service file or firmware bin file), it doesn't do anything since it's a GL300C.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
