RC not read in Assistant

So, my controller is acknowledged in the R/C assistant when I calibrate, but not in the Phantom 2 Assistant. I tried to calibrate it anyway in the Phantom Assistant and now I can't even engage the props. Anybody got a suggestion for me?? Thanks!!

Perhaps you're not connecting the USB cable correctly when using the Phantom Assistant. Here's a good step-by-step video.
