RC connection lost. TICKED Off. Phantom 3 Advanced.

I updated the app and now I get RC signal lost. I have relinked it about 15 times and every time it says it’s linked. I have camera view and other data. Cannot start the drone or calibrate the compass. Does anybody have a fix or know one. I would love to fly.

I updated the app and now I get RC signal lost.

To verify an app issue or something else, try this:

Disconnect the device from the RC, turn on the RC, then turn on the AC. Wait for green light on the RC status and on the AC gimbal. Try to start the motors. If that works, it is possibly an app/device or cable issue. If not, you may have an RC issue.
