RC Assistant Issue (not picking up controller)

I have had my Phantom for 3 weeks and have had no issues. I wanted to check and see if I am in FCC mode so I downloaded the RC Assistant software on the DJI website. Turned my controller on, plugged the USB cable into my computer, opened the assistant software and...nothing...it isn't picking up my controller...like its not even plugged in.

Any ideas as to what is going on? Thank you in advance.

Well...I just did and now it's working...no where in the instructions does it say that...big thank you!

Check page 66 of the Users' Manual. It's easy to overlook.

i had the same issue i resolved my problem was merely when i had the phantom plugged in my controller was also plugged into the computer it has to be turned on and not plugged into the PC
