Range Issues

Hi everyone,

I'm a new Phantom4 owner and noticed I am loosing connection when the drone is more than about 500m away. It is direct line of site and above water so little interference.

Before I did a firmware update I was able to have a much further range, not sure if this is the issue or something I am missing?

Any tips appreciated.

Make sure you're not in beginner mode and also be sure your maximum range function is disabled...

Thanks, it doesn't seem to be limiting me, it actually losses connection and returns home. I also have intermittent video glitches when flying close by, I am using an IPhone and tried rebooting the phone and making sure all apps are closed. Also checked my Antennas are extended.
