Yes, that's where our new Industrial space will be, take Yamato to 2nd st, and turn south, then turn left before the railroad.
I can't wait, I am working in terrible conditions in a double garage, no air conditioning, with little to no help, 1 more month and I will have 2 employees, already hired and more machinery, 3d printers, 2 laser cutting machines, 2 cnc routers, a shipping/handling person.

This is crazy, I still got a condo in Boca Pinar, right before you turn left on to the little street you're talking about. Always pick up my milk at the little drive by store near the track. We used to drink beer at my driveway at night and hear some metal band practice from one of the garages over there.
Next time i go down there I'll check you shop out. I got a fullspectrum hobby laser and tormach PCNC 1100, we build motorcycle parts.
Ordered the stage 2 kit last night, hopefully will see it soon!
