Sussex Police were demonstrating one of their quads at the recent Rottingdean Small Aircraft Show a couple of weekends ago. I'm all for them using new tech to help them to do their jobs in these difficult times when their normal operating budgets have been cut so hard by the clowns in government at present. Roll on May 7th when, with a bit of luck the country will give them the boot. (Sorry, is that too political?) We have some ares of Sussex that are not easy to access and drones would be ideal tools in quite a few situations, but in other areas of the UK such as the Yorkshire moors and dales, the lake district and other wild areas they would even greater value.
