Is it possible to take out the foam and for example change P3 model it to P4, or it's glued or whatever to the pack?

All of the ones I've seen are not glued.

Yes, the foam comes out. You can use the pack without the foam or change the foam for a different model.

Mine is for a P2 Vision, but I carved out a bit of foam for my P3 and tablet.

Fantastic! I was thinking about buying original 5.11 Rush 72 multicam and then just getting the foam from GPC.
