Question regarding firmware upgrades

I have a question. I am seeing a message on my tablet which says:

Current version of RC firmware does not support in-app firmware upgrading, please upload to version v1.3.20 through USB first. You can download the firmware in Phantom 3 Professional - Specs, FAQ, Tutorials, Downloads and DJI GO | DJI

When I visit the DJI website and try to click on the .zip file I get a message which states "Download Failed Safari cannot download this file."

that there is a firmware .zip file available yet it appears to be for version 1.4

Is it safe to just download the 1.4, or will I encounter an issue trying to do so?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe that you will need to update to version v1.3.20, then you can jump to the latest firmware v1.6.0040

Where do I get 1.3.2 since as I had mentioned in my original post that the .zip download failed when I tried to download it from the DJI website?
