Question about No-Fly Zones

Good Morning!
I have had my phantom 3 for three weeks now and this week I plan on taking it into New Orleans for some video. I was told by the store that sold me the phantom (Drones Plus) that the streetcar line in New Orleans would be considered a No Fly Zone. If anyone from New Orleans is on here and can comment further, I'd appreciate it. If anyone else has advice I'd greatly appreciate it!

I just don't want to end up like the guy who posted the carnival video!!!!

That carnival video was cool
