Hello,
I have a question for people familiar with the subject of creating quadrocopters. I'm interested in only one aspect which is positioning cameras.
I need to capture practically everything under the quadrocopter and of course things in front of the robot. I wonder if one camera for this purpose is enough. I thought of the wide-angle camera, which would have the range of vision as shown in the attached picture.

The central point in the picture is the camera. It has a vision on everything under and around the quadrocopter. The dashed line is the optional camera with 90 degrees view.
I suppose the best range of vision would be if the bottom edge is in the exact middle point under the quadrocopter, because it will be easier to merge the images into panoramic photo (they
will have common areas only on left and right, not bottom).
And here is my question. Is this a good idea for positioning camera in order to create a 360 degrees panorama from photos (like GoogleStreetView, but in air) or I should think of different
solution? Do you have any other ideas on how to solve it?

Best regards and thank you for all the help,
Qbal
