Unfortunately yes, but not a crash, it fell in water, but just once, it was taken out within a second.

any idea what can be done except changing the whole gimbal?? as the gimbal is working well...

you can replace just the main board.
i have them.
let me know if you need help

you will need to perform good portion of taking it apart and be really careful not to break the cable.

Im from Bangladesh. So it will not be cost effective to send the part to you and get replacement again.
If you are certain that its from mainboard of the gimbal, then one way sending can be done.
