Ps3 does not take off

Please help me about my first fly with ps3. I have calibrate rc, drone & set the application to beginner fly. Drone machine starts but not fly.

What happens when you tap the "take off" button?

What happens when you push the left stick up when the motors are running?

No, in screen are all ok. When I push up the left stick up, the machine starts to have power but the drone does nt take off.

Did you buy it new? Is it possible the control stick mode has changed?

Default is mode 2:

Yes, it is new. What about s1/s2 buttons? Must I have them up, middle or down?

S1 and S2 should both be up, but that shouldn't prevent take off.

Did you check the control stick setting, just in case?

If it's not in mode 2, then pushing up on the left stick CAN make the motors rev trying to execute a manoeuvre other than lift.
