They could last for hundreds of flights or as little as just a few flights. Make sure you check the props for damage prior to each flight. When you notice any damage, that's the correct time to replace them.
1 chip/fracture/dent/scrape.... I change props... Worth the cost of set of props vs. cost of my Phantom spinning towards earth in flames screaming " Daddy!"
Some may say they last forever and I am sure that many people have run them for hundreds of hours but 20 hours flight time is the average before bending a little. Not saying that you can't keep them on forever if they look in good condition though, just saying that I would rather change them out then take a chance loosing the bird.
After a while they will bend upward and effect flight time/lift though.
