Yesterday I decided to try My P4 in slightly windy conditions (Pretty new to flying), so decided on a safe low flight in my garden.

On startup the app said it had detected prop guards? (There are none)

I decided restart the drone, and this time all okay - just wondering if anyone else has seen this or how the sensors detect the guards in case it was something the sensors were picking up and getting confused with?

Drone noise wasn't as 'fluent' as usual, just due to sensors keeping the bird static in the wind? Normal?

With being new I'm keeping cautious and just want to be sure all is normal, any input appreciated :)

Thanks guys

I've had that message pop up once but never since. I was taking off in a grassy field and wondered if the sensors were picking that up somehow? Your P4 will sound busier in windier conditions as it attempts to hold position.

The obstacle avoidance will pick up tall grass but once above the grass it should be fine.
